Terms of service.

These terms are between you and Velora Goods LLC, a New York limited liability company (“we,” “us”). By placing an order or using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices shown on this site are accurate. Occasionally errors occur. If we discover a material error in the price or description of a product you've ordered, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel the order. You will not be charged the incorrect price.

All prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state law.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until payment is processed and we've sent an order confirmation email. Until that point we may decline the order at our discretion (for example, if payment verification fails or inventory is unavailable).

Payment is handled by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms. We never see or store your full card details.

Delivery timelines shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided.

Product brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners. We use them solely to describe the products we sell, in accordance with the nominative fair use doctrine. Nothing on the site grants you any rights in those marks.

The design, code, photography (other than brand-supplied product images), and written content on this site are the property of Velora Goods LLC. You may not copy, redistribute, or re-publish them without permission.

We warrant that the products we sell are new, authentic, and as described. We make no other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non- infringement are disclaimed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising under these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
