The best channel for anything order-related: changes, tracking, or returns. Include your order number (it appears on the Stripe receipt and confirmation page) so we can find your file quickly.
Response times
Monday through Friday, 9am–6pm Eastern. Most messages are answered the same day; anything after Friday evening receives a reply on Monday morning.
If your order ships before we've replied, you'll receive tracking by email automatically — no follow-up required.
Press & partnerships
For brand collaborations, wholesale, press inquiries, or to recommend a product we should carry, use the same email address with the word Partnership in the subject line. It's routed directly to the founder.
